Everyone in your organization shares the same database connections and dashboards. Invite your team so they can generate dashboards and query your data.

Inviting a member

Open team settings

Go to Settings > Members.
2

Send an invitation

  1. Enter their email address
  2. Select a role: Member or Admin
  3. Click Invite
They’ll receive an email with a link to join your organization.

Roles & permissions

VexiData has three roles. Each role inherits everything the role below it can do. Member — Can work with dashboards and folders. Can’t change settings or manage connections. Admin — Can manage the team and all data sources. Good for team leads and managers. Owner — Full control over the organization. There can only be one Owner per organization — the person who created it. The Owner cannot be removed.

Managing members

From Settings > Members, you can:
  • Change a member’s role — Use the role dropdown next to their name
  • Remove a member — Click remove (confirmation required)
  • Resend an invitation — For pending invitations that haven’t been accepted
  • Cancel an invitation — Revoke a pending invite before it’s accepted

Leaving an organization

If you’re not the Owner, you can leave an organization from Settings > Members by clicking Leave organization.
