1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VexiData (the "Service"), operated by MTS Digital Ventures SRL ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VexiData is an AI-powered data visualization platform that connects to your databases and creates dashboards from natural language queries. The Service includes web-based dashboard creation, AI-powered query generation, team collaboration features, and related functionality.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

Plans and Pricing

VexiData offers various subscription plans. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Free Trial

New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. No credit card is required for the trial.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Your Data and Database Connections

Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. VexiData does not claim ownership over any data accessed through your database connections.

Database Access

By providing database connection credentials, you represent that you have the authority to grant VexiData access to the specified database. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with any agreements you have with your database provider.

Data Processing

We process your database data only to provide the Service. We do not store your actual database records. Queries are executed in real-time and results are transmitted directly to your browser.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to process, store, or transmit malicious code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to violate the rights of others
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by MTS Digital Ventures SRL and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, interruptions, or data loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VexiData and MTS Digital Ventures SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MTS Digital Ventures SRL, its officers, directors, and employees, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
