# Delete Account

> Permanently delete your VexiData account and all associated data.

<Note>
  Account deletion is **permanent and irreversible**. All your data — dashboards, database connections, saved queries, and team settings — will be permanently deleted.

## Deleting your account

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open security settings">
    Go to [Settings > Security](https://vexidata.com/settings/security).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Delete Account">
    Scroll to the bottom of the page and click **Delete Account**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm with your password">
    Enter your password to confirm. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.
